WORST SELLER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Item advertised on listing was SKII Genoptics Aura Essence but item sold was Spot Essence. ITEM IS NOT GENUINE. I had asked my husband to pick up item and by the time I noticed the discrepancy, he had paid. She refuses to refund me. She changed the listing name to Spot Essence AFTER I PURCHASED, despite acknowledging they are different and deleted the listing. Now she ignores all my messages. Stay away from this seller! She is a cheat and cannot be trusted!
