Decisive buyer but super fussy and have high expectation on the packing of the postage. Already stated self collect or arrange own courier but she requested postage so I offered her smartpac which she agreed to pay. After sending her photos of item and Smartpac details she said why no bubble wrapped and no tissue stuffing and insisted as if she bought the preloved shoes from a brand new shop.

U should know yourself, don’t come said my review not justified. i already told u i taped the smartpac after sending u the picture and do not have the bubble wrapped. So i ask u to top up to smartpac box as u are so fussy about it but u don’t rely then i mailed out.
1 month ago (edited)Despite charging 5 SGD for mailing, the seller refused to package delicate shoes which were sold "like new" in tissue paper or bubble wrap but placed them unprotected in a plastic bag for mailing. They did arrive deformed and with noticeable creases. Nevertheless, I did not complain and left her a 5* review. I believe the review of the seller above is not justified.
