Mr Koo is very professional during the whole process of servicing my 04 units. Very fast response when I was looking for someone to look into one of my faulty Aircon. Mr Koo not only just serviced the units but also give good advice on how to maintain the units ourself, adjust the correct setting on our remote controllers. He and his Staff did a great job. Highly recommended.

Prompt reply to whatsapp messages. good knowledge on aircon and even share tips on which brand battery to use to prevent battery leakage so that aircon remote control will be fine. merticulous with aircon servicing and spent more than 2 hours to service 3 units. Charlie is METICulous in servicing the ac. I have not met an ac guy this thorough. He spent an hour on my living rm unit as it was the dustiest and most frequently used among my 3 ac. In total almost 2.5 hrs. Other ac guys i hv encountered previously, wld only spend 30 mins max on 3 units. This guy is honest, wld share tips on ac, trustworthy and have a high calibre of work performance.
